WE'RE GLAD YOU'RE HERE

The best way for you to experience Soul Church is to join us for one of our Sunday morning experiences. Below, you'll find some helpful tips for your first time at Soul.

TIMES & LOCATION

SUNDAYS AT 9:30 + 11 AM
CENTENNIAL CAMPUS MIDDLE SCHOOL

WHAT TO EXPECT

We believe that church shouldn't have to be endured, but can actually be enjoyed. Think of our Sunday Experiences as a party with good music, and a bunch of friendly people that are genuinely glad you're there! You'll find a casual environment full of people from all walks of life. Don't worry as a guest, we'll never single you out, make you stand,or shine any kind of spotlight on you.

Our worship experiences last about 75 minutes. You'll hear music from our live band and a message from one of our pastors that's easy to connect to and apply to your life Monday-Saturday.

TIPS FOR YOUR FIRST TIME

We know that going somewhere new can be scary and intimidating but go ahead and breathe a deep sigh of relief because when you join us we'll never single you out or embarrass you.  We'd love to meet you though, so be sure to fill out a connection card and either drop it off in the buckets as they're passed during service or at the black tent on your way out.

If you have kids, we have a safe and clean environment just for them full of trained and background-checked team members that are passionate about seeing church become the best day of a kid's week.  Soul Kids is open during each of our experiences for any kids from 6 weeks through 5th grade.  You'll want to arrive a few minutes early for them to get checked in.

If your kids are older, maybe in middle or high school, don't worry because they'll love our main experience in the auditorium!

MORE ABOUT MY KIDS?

At Soul Kids, your child won’t have a chance to be bored! Newborns (at 6 weeks old) through 5th graders have a ton of fun as they learn about Jesus through worship, age-specific lessons, and a variety of exciting activities. Our goal is to make Sunday your child’s favorite day of the week.  We can't make your kids love Jesus but we can make them love church!
Soul Kids is fully staffed with a highly trained team of leaders who are background checked and committed to ministering to children. You can be confident that your child is well-cared for and will love every second!
Check-in begins 15 minutes before our experience where you'll either register your child for the first time or if you've been before, you'll just check them in on one of our touch screens.  Each child will receive a sticker tag and a parent tag that you'll need in order to pick them up after our experience is over.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I'M NOT A CHRISTIAN, CAN I COME?

You're not a taco and you still go to Mexican restaurants right? Same thing applies!  No matter what you believe you're welcome at Soul!  We believe that you belong here long before you believe.  Everything we do at Soul is actually with you in mind so whether you're skeptical, committed or anywhere between; you belong here!

IS THIS A CULT?

Great question—after all, it is full of people singing songs and drinking the same beloved liquid (in this case, coffee)—but the answer is no. Cults tell you what to believe, take away your freedoms, and forbid you to leave. At Soul, you’re welcome no matter what you believe, and we want you to experience the freedom that comes from Jesus (including the freedom to leave whenever you want).

THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD!

That's not even a question!  Listen, we believe worship is supposed to be loud, according to examples in the Bible (Psalm 50, Revelation 5:10-11). Also, we believe we have something worth shouting about (Jesus is alive!). Finally, we like it that way; we love the energy and the passion that comes from a room full of people singing to Jesus. We like that we don’t have to hear off-key people making a joyful noise, and we like that people can’t hear our tremendous singing as well. Our production team uses a decibel reader to ensure that the volume level doesn’t become dangerous.

WHAT DENOMINATION IS SOUL?

We aren't tied to a specific denomination because we want our focus to be on the only thing that matters and unites us all, Jesus! Soul is home to people from all types of backgrounds, beliefs, and denominations.

HOW DO I GET CONNECTED?

You can contact us below or fill out a connect card this Sunday.  One of our amazing team members would be honored to help you take your next step!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Clothes. A hat. If it's cold, maybe a jacket. Seriously, it's up to you so wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. We're just glad you're there!

IS SOUL THE RIGHT CHURCH FOR ME?

We hope so, however, we do realize that Soul Church is not for everybody. You'll hear us say all the time that "we're for everybody but we're not for everybody".  What we mean is that while our doors are open to any and everyone, it's not the church for everyone. While we hope it is, it may not be and that's okay! We're friends with other local churches and pastors and would love to help you find a place where you can call home so feel free to reach out and let us know what you're looking for in a church home!
